Offshore wind power jacket foundation and construction process thereof
The offshore wind power jacket foundation comprises a jacket and a plurality of pile shoes, the pile shoes are buried in a seabed, the jacket comprises a plurality of steel pipe piles, the bottoms of the steel pipe piles are inserted into the pile shoes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the pile shoes are filled with grouting materials. The steel pipe pile comprises a pile body, a wedge and an elastic piece, the elastic piece is supported between the wedge and the pile body and used for pushing and pressing the wedge outwards, the upper surface of the wedge abuts against the lower surface of the abutting portion, and the wedge is further provided with an inclined face extending downwards and inwards. The inclined face is used for sliding relative to the abutting portion to push and press the wedge inwards when the steel pipe pile is inserted into the pile shoe. The jacket foundation provided by the invention has better tensile and compressive properties and stronger structural stability, the inclined surfaces of the wedges can play a guiding role when the steel pipe piles and the pile shoes are assembled, the mounting process of the jacket foundation is improved, and the mounting engineering efficiency of the jacket foundation is improved.
本发明公开了一种海上风电导管架基础及其建造工艺,导管架基础包括导管架和若干桩靴,桩靴埋入海床,导管架包括若干钢管桩,若干钢管桩的底部一一对应地插入若干桩靴中,桩靴内部填充有灌浆料,桩靴的内周面设有向内凸出的止抵部,钢管桩包括桩体、楔子和弹性件,弹性件支撑在楔子和桩体之间用于常向外推压楔子,楔子的上表面与止抵部的下表面相抵,楔子还具有向下且向内延伸的斜面,斜面用于当钢管桩插入桩靴时与止抵部相对滑动以将楔子向内推压。本发明提供的导管架基础具有更好地抗拉和抗压性能和更强的结构稳定性,楔子的斜面在钢管桩和桩靴装配时能够起到导向作用,改善了导管架基础的安装工艺,提升导管架基础的安装工程效率。
