According to the hydraulic control system, a main control unit comprises a plurality of working pumps; the rotation unit is independent of the main control unit and comprises a rotation pump, a rotation control valve and a rotation execution part; the rotary pump is respectively communicated with a first pipeline and a second pipeline which are arranged in parallel; the rotary unit and the converging part are arranged on the first pipeline, and the second pipeline is communicated with an oil way pumped by at least one working pump; the converging part is used for controlling the rotation action of the rotation unit and flow distribution of the first pipeline and the second pipeline. By controlling the confluence piece, the rotary pump independently pumps oil to the rotary execution piece through the first pipeline, and the stability of the rotary flow is guaranteed; and meanwhile, oil liquid discharged to the second pipeline by the rotary pump can be utilized, so that the action execution element obtains additional flow, the speed of other actions is properly increased, and the efficiency of the whole machine is effectively improved.
