Cantilever I-shaped steel dismantling robot
The invention discloses a cantilever I-shaped steel dismantling robot which comprises a hanging seat, a clamping mechanism, a power assembly and an elastic clamping mechanism. The lifting seat is a support composed of a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, a clamping mechanism used for clamping I-shaped steel is fixed to the horizontal plate of the lifting seat, and a moving plate capable of adjusting the up-down position and the front-back position is arranged on the side, away from the clamping mechanism, of the vertical plate of the lifting seat through a height adjusting mechanism and a translation mechanism. Power assemblies capable of providing rotating power are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the movable plate, and an elastic clamping mechanism for transmitting the rotating power of the power assemblies to the fixing bolts is fixed to a rotating output shaft of each power assembly. The method has the advantages that an operation platform does not need to be repeatedly erected, a large amount of work amount is reduced, and certain manpower and time are saved.
