The invention relates to the technical field of recycled concrete, and particularly discloses recycled asphalt concrete which comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 3-10 parts of mineral powder, 1-5 parts of fly ash, 35-150 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 45-150 parts of recycled fine aggregate and 10-30 parts of modified recycled asphalt, the recycled coarse aggregate comprises a recycled coarse aggregate matrix and an aerogel coating film. The preparation method of the recycled asphalt concrete comprises the following preparation steps: S1, premixing treatment; s2, melting the asphalt; and S3, mixing and stirring. The recycled coarse aggregate is subjected to coating treatment, the surface structure of the recycled coarse aggregate is improved through coating treatment, and the mechanical strength and mechanical performance of the recycled coarse aggregate material are improved, so that a good load filling effect can be formed after the recycled coarse aggregate material is added into the recycled asphalt concrete; the service life of the recycled asphalt concrete material is further optimized.
