And the old tower column is gradually and downwards dismantled, a sling, a main cable and an anchorage are newly built, the steel box girder is connected with the newly built main cable through the newly built sling, then the steel box girder is fixed to the newly built tower column and the anchorage, and finally the abandoned old tower column, the main cable, the sling and the anchorage are dismantled.
本发明公开了一种循环更新悬索桥的施工方法,属于桥梁工程技术领域,循环更新悬索桥的施工方法包括:当钢箱梁达到使用寿命时,断开钢箱梁左右两个箱室之间的连接,使左右箱室独立工作,此时利用一侧箱室进行通车,对另外利用一侧箱室进行更换;当塔柱或主缆到达使用寿命时,先在桥梁外侧新建部分承台和桩基,再新建塔柱以及加长塔柱横梁,主塔施工时,利用旧塔柱设置液压爬模机,逐步爬升并浇筑新塔柱,待新塔柱施工完成后,利用液压爬模机作为围护措施,逐步向下对旧塔柱进行拆除,并新建吊索、主缆与锚碇,通过新建吊索将钢箱梁与新建主缆连接,接着将钢箱梁与新建塔柱、锚碇固定,最后拆除废弃旧的塔柱、主缆、吊索以及锚碇。
