Method for preparing environment-friendly ceramsite from silicon-aluminum-based waste residues and application of environment-friendly ceramsite
The invention relates to resource utilization of solid waste silicon-aluminum-based waste residues, and belongs to the industries of environmental protection and pollution control. The invention provides a method for preparing environment-friendly ceramsite by utilizing silicon-aluminum-based waste residues through a method of prefabricating ceramsite, roasting and cooling the ceramsite, and environment-friendly application of the ceramsite in phosphorus-containing wastewater. The silicon-aluminum-based waste residue type environment-friendly ceramsite is prepared by taking silicon-aluminum-based waste residue as a raw material, calcium carbonate as a conversion agent and bentonite as a binder through a method of prefabricating ceramsite, roasting and cooling to prepare the ceramsite, and the environment-friendly ceramsite is applied to adsorption of phosphorus substances in wastewater. The environment-friendly ceramsite provided by the invention is simple in preparation process and remarkable in silicon-aluminum-based waste residue recycling effect, the removal rate of the prepared environment-friendly ceramsite on phosphorus in wastewater can reach 85% or above, and the environment-friendly application of solid waste resource utilization and regeneration is effectively realized.
本发明涉及固体废物硅铝基废渣的资源化利用,属于环境保护与污染治理行业。本发明提供了一种利用硅铝基废渣以预制陶粒—焙烧—冷却制陶粒的方法制备环保型陶粒的方法及其在含磷废水中的环保应用。本发明是以硅铝基废渣为原料,碳酸钙为转变剂,膨润土为粘结剂,经预制陶粒—焙烧—冷却制陶粒的方法制备硅铝基废渣型的环保型陶粒,且将环保型陶粒应用于吸附废水中的磷物质。本发明提供的环保型陶粒制备工艺简单,硅铝基废渣再生利用成效显著,制备的环保型陶粒对废水中磷的去除率可达85%以上,有效实现了“固废资源利用再生”的环保应用。
