The invention discloses a process for preparing lightweight high-strength ceramsite from waste incineration fly ash cooperating with oily sludge hazardous waste and common solid waste, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment: adding water into fly ash step by step, washing with water, stirring, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and drying to reduce the water content to 3% or below; the oil sludge hazardous waste is sequentially subjected to sorting, crushing and scattering and multi-stage screening, so that screen underflow is powdery substances; s2, mixing the pretreated fly ash and oil sludge hazardous waste, and controlling the water content of the mixed material to be 18-23%; s3, two-stage drying is conducted on the ceramsite green body, so that the water content of the ceramsite green body is reduced to 3%-5%; the strength of the ceramsite green body after two-stage drying is greater than 2MPa; and S4, feeding the ceramsite green body subjected to two-stage drying into a sintering system for calcining, and cooling to obtain the lightweight high-strength ceramsite. According to the invention, household garbage incineration fly ash, oil sludge hazardous waste and common solid waste fly ash are co-processed, the purpose of producing green building materials by comprehensive utilization of solid waste and hazardous waste is realized, and the environmental protection concepts of energy conservation, emission reduction, green and low carbon are really practiced.
