Intelligent cooling system and cooling method for wind power foundation
The invention relates to an intelligent cooling system and method for a wind power foundation. The device is suitable for the technical field of mass concrete cooling. According to the technical scheme, the cooling system comprises a plurality of heat dissipation pipe network modules which are embedded in the wind power concrete foundation and used for taking away heat generated by hydration of concrete in the wind power foundation; the water inlet modules are connected with the heat dissipation pipe network modules in a one-to-one correspondence mode and used for providing cooling water at the specific temperature; the water outlet module is connected with the heat dissipation pipe network module and used for leading cooling water out of the wind power foundation; the embedded thermometers are arranged corresponding to the heat dissipation pipe network modules and used for collecting the internal temperature of the concrete near the corresponding heat dissipation pipe network modules; and the controller is in circuit connection with the embedded thermometer and the water inlet module and is used for controlling the temperature of the cooling water provided by the water inlet module to the corresponding heat dissipation pipe network module, so that the temperature difference between the internal temperature of the concrete and the temperature of the cooling water in the corresponding heat dissipation pipe network module is kept within a preset range.
