The invention provides a preparation and construction method of an environment-friendly cement stabilized macadam base material, and relates to the field of cement macadam base materials, the environment-friendly cement stabilized macadam base material comprises a mixing tank, the top of the mixing tank is fixedly connected with a servo motor, and the top of the mixing tank is communicated with a feed hopper; through cooperation of the mixing tank, a servo motor, a transmission rod and a stirring plate, a base layer material can be well stirred, meanwhile, an electric heating pipe can heat the base layer material, so that the mixing efficiency and quality of the base layer material are improved, brucite fibers are added into the base layer material, and due to the fact that the brucite fibers are natural alkaline mineral fibers, the mixing efficiency and quality of the base layer material are improved. The cement-stabilized macadam base material has the advantages that the cement-stabilized macadam base material can be recycled, the environment is well protected, the tensile strength is high, the cement-stabilized macadam base material is effectively prevented from cracking, the resilience modulus of the cement-stabilized macadam base material can be well reduced by adding the styrene-butadiene latex, and the vibration and the noise can be well reduced in the later compaction process of the cement-stabilized macadam base material.
本发明提供一种环保型水泥稳定碎石基层材料的制备与施工方法,涉及水泥碎石基层材料领域,包括混合罐,所述混合罐的顶部固定连接有伺服电机,所述混合罐的顶部连通有进料斗;本发明通过混合罐、伺服电机、传动杆和搅拌板的配合,可很好的对基层材料进行搅拌,同时电加热管可对基层材料进行加热,以此提高基层材料的混合效率和质量,通过在基层材料中加入水镁石纤维,由于其为天然碱性矿物纤维,进而可进行资源回收利用,很好的保护环境,且抗拉强度大,有效防止水泥稳碎石基层材料开裂,同时通过添加丁苯乳胶可以很好的降低水泥稳碎石基层材料回弹模量,进而后期再对其压实过程中可很好的减缓振动,降低噪音的产生。
