When the steel casing is installed and constructed, the left half plate and the right clamping plate of the fixing hoop are clamped and fixed to the steel casing, the impact pressing plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the steel casing, then the middle of the impact pressing plate is hammered through a tool, the steel casing is stably beaten into mud through the impact pressing plate, and the impact pressing plate is hammered repeatedly till the steel casing reaches the designed position.
