The invention relates to a deviation correction method for staged drilling pressure relief and backward extrusion of an inclined foundation pile. The deviation correction method comprises the following steps that the deviation condition of the foundation pile is determined; a first pressure relief hole is constructed in the front side of the deviation rectifying and returning direction of the foundation pile, and the size is smaller than the deviation size of the foundation pile; an extrusion pile is driven into the rear side of the deviation rectifying and returning direction of the foundation pile, so that the foundation pile moves towards a preset position; determining the residual deviation correction condition of the foundation pile; according to the residual deviation rectifying condition, a second pressure relief hole is constructed in the front side of the deviation rectifying and returning direction of the foundation pile, and the size is larger than the residual deviation rectifying size of the foundation pile; and the other row of new extrusion piles are driven into the rear side of the deviation rectifying and returning direction of the foundation pile, so that the foundation pile moves towards the preset position, and deviation rectifying of the foundation pile is completed. According to the method, the pressure relief hole is drilled in one side of the foundation pile, the extrusion pile is sunk into the other side of the foundation pile, the deviated foundation pile is made to return to one side of the pressure relief hole, deviation correction is conducted twice, extrusion force borne by the foundation pile is reduced, the probability that a pile body is damaged is reduced, and the quality of the pile body is improved.
