The beam-column rigid connection node comprises an H-shaped steel beam and a box-shaped column, box-shaped components with inner partition plates are arranged at the positions, corresponding to an upper flange and a lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam, in the box-shaped column, the upper flange and the lower flange of the H-shaped steel beam are provided with a connecting piece and a shear-resistant piece respectively, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the flanges of the H-shaped steel beam through bolts, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the shear-resistant piece through bolts. The other end of the connecting piece is connected with the outer wall of the box-type column and the box-type component through bolts; a nut is pre-welded on the inner wall of the box-type component, the shear-resistant piece is fixed on a flange of the H-shaped steel beam, a groove is formed in the end, connected with the flange of the H-shaped steel beam, of the connecting piece, and the shear-resistant piece is embedded into the groove. According to the beam column rigid connection joint, the steel beam, the box column and the inner partition plate of the box component are connected in a full-bolt mode through the connecting pieces, electroslag welding operation of the inner partition plate of the box column and butt welding operation of the beam and the column are omitted, welding is not needed on a construction site, and the assembly speed can be increased easily.
本发明涉及一种梁柱刚接节点及施工方法,包括H型钢梁及箱型柱,箱型柱内部对应于H型钢梁的上、下翼缘处各自设有带内隔板的箱式构件,H型钢梁的上、下翼缘上分别设有连接件及抗剪件,连接件的一端与H型钢梁的翼缘通过螺栓连接,连接件的另一端与箱型柱外壁及箱式构件通过螺栓连接;箱式构件的内壁上预焊有螺母,抗剪件固定于H型钢梁的翼缘上,连接件与H型钢梁翼缘的连接端开设凹槽,抗剪件嵌入凹槽内。本发明所公开的梁柱刚接节点通过连接件将钢梁与箱型柱及箱式构件内隔板采用全螺栓方式连接,免去了箱型柱内隔板的电渣焊作业以及梁与柱的对接焊作业,施工现场无需焊接,有助于提高装配速度。
