The intelligent construction control system of the hydraulic pile cutting machine comprises the hydraulic pile cutting machine, a pump station, hydraulic control equipment, a sensor, a remote controller and calculation processing equipment. Real-time state data can be collected through a sensor, a first instruction can be sent to calculation processing equipment through a remote controller, and the calculation processing equipment can calculate target state data according to the first instruction and calculate a second instruction containing a specific control mode of an oil way according to the real-time state data and the target state data; and the second instruction is sent to the pump station and the hydraulic control equipment, and the pump station and the hydraulic control equipment control corresponding oil ways, so that the real-time state data is consistent with the target state data. Compared with a traditional pile head treatment process, the method has the advantages that the labor input is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, the construction safety risk is reduced, and the method is high in construction efficiency, good in quality and high in mechanization, informatization and digitization level.
