According to the flood bank for the water conservancy project, the flood bank device and the using method thereof, the flood bank comprises a fixing frame assembly and a pair of baffles, the fixing frame assembly comprises two fixing bases, connecting rod assemblies are connected between the upper ends and the lower ends of the two fixing bases correspondingly, and each connecting rod assembly comprises two connecting rods which are rotationally connected; the rear sides of the two connecting rods located on the upper portion are connected with the adjacent sides of the two baffles through rotatable first connecting assemblies correspondingly, the other sides of the two baffles are connected with the two fixing bases through first power mechanisms correspondingly, and the baffles can rotate around the first connecting assemblies through the first power mechanisms correspondingly. When the two baffles rotate to a preset angle, a miter lock is formed; the flood bank device comprises two flood banks, and the two flood banks are connected together through a concave-convex matching structure. The baffle can be automatically unfolded, the flood bank can be automatically fixed, the working efficiency is high, the safety of the device is improved, meanwhile, the device can be disassembled and folded, installation is convenient, the size is small when the device is not used, transportation is convenient, and emergency situations can be conveniently coped with.
