Construction method for preventing floating of cable protection tube bank by wrapping concrete
The invention provides an anti-floating construction method for a cable protection tube bank by wrapping concrete. The anti-floating construction method comprises the following steps: S1, excavating a tube bank trench of a tube trench; s2, installing electric tube banks and tube pillows at the bottoms of the tube bank ditches, wherein the electric tube banks are distributed in a multi-row and multi-column array and are separated by the tube pillows; s3, an outer frame clamp is installed on the periphery of the power calandria, and the outer frame clamp is coated with a release agent; s4, after a mold plate used for pouring concrete forming is coated with a release agent, the mold plate is installed close to the outer frame clamp in the extension direction of the electric power calandria; s5, encapsulating concrete is poured into gaps of the electric power calandria; and S6, the formwork is dismantled. The method can be applied to installation of tube banks of any size, it is ensured that the distance between the tubes and the installation quality meet related requirements, and the tube floating phenomenon during concrete encapsulation and pouring is effectively avoided; quick assembly can be carried out based on semi-finished products, and the field construction efficiency is greatly improved; and the fixture is light in weight and can be quickly demoulded.
