Anchoring grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anchoring grouting material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of anchoring grouting, the grouting material comprises the following components by weight: 76-92 parts of cement clinker; 68 to 84 parts of aggregate; 3-5 parts of gypsum; 24 to 36 parts of sepiolite fabric; 4-6 parts of clay; 2-4 parts of latex powder; 1.77 to 2.27 parts of an accelerator; and 2.655 to 3.405 parts of a water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a proper amount of bis (triethanolamine diisopropyl) titanate into the sulphoaluminate cement clinker, fully and uniformly stirring, adding the emulsion, uniformly stirring, adding the mixed aggregate, the gypsum, the sepiolite fabric, the clay, the latex powder and the water reducing agent, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture, and continuously and slowly adding hot water during stirring; the anchoring grouting material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good fluidity, no water seepage, no layering and higher compression resistance and breaking strength, and can be used for anchoring grouting in a cold operation environment below zero DEG C.
本发明公开了一种锚固注浆材料及其制备方法,涉及锚固注浆技术领域,该种注浆材料包含以下按重量份数计的成分:水泥熟料76~92份;骨料68~84份;石膏3~5份;海泡石绒24~36份;粘土4~6份;乳胶粉2~4份;速凝剂1.77~2.27份;减水剂2.655~3.405份。其制备方法是先取适量双三乙醇胺二异丙基钛酸酯加入到硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中充分搅匀,再加入乳液搅匀,之后将混杂骨料、石膏、海泡石绒、粘土、乳胶粉以及减水剂加入搅匀得混合物,搅拌期间持续缓慢地加入热水;最后将速凝剂加入即可,本发明的锚固注浆材料流动性好、不沁水、不分层,具备较高的抗压及抗折强度,且在零度以下的寒冷作业环境可以进行锚固注浆。
