The invention provides an anchoring grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of anchoring grouting. The high-strength concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400-450 parts of clinker cement, 350-450 parts of high-strength aggregate, 55-60 parts of perlite powder, 20-25 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 15-40 parts of silica fume, 40-45 parts of aluminum silicate fibers, 40-45 parts of an expanding agent, 3-6 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-4 parts of a corrosion inhibitor and 1-3 parts of an air entraining agent, the high-strength aggregate is quartz powder, the corrosion inhibitor is composed of triethanolamine, ethanolamine and sodium benzoate, and the air entraining agent is a mixture of sodium silicate and sodium silicate. The air entraining agent is composed of sodium abietate, sodium thiosulfate and sodium tripolyphosphate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials and weighing the mixing water accounting for 15-17% of the total mass of the raw materials; dissolving the water reducing agent, the corrosion inhibitor and the air entraining agent in part of the mixing water to obtain a solution; mixing the glass beads, the silica fume, the aluminum silicate fibers and the expanding agent, then mixing with the solution to obtain a primary mixture, mixing the clinker cement, the high-strength aggregate and the perlite powder, then adding the primary mixture and the mixing water, and mixing and stirring. The device is applied to anchoring anchor cables and anchor rods.
