The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a reactive sintering silicon carbide composite ceramic structure and a ceramic structure, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: producing a ceramic body through an additive manufacturing method, and forming a fixing groove in the inner wall and/or the outer wall of the ceramic body; sintering the ceramic body; and the ceramic reinforcing blocks are embedded into the fixing grooves. A ceramic body is produced in an additive manufacturing mode, the ceramic body with a complex shape and structure can be manufactured, a needed fixing groove can be formed in a needed position in the additive manufacturing process by controlling a modeling model of additive manufacturing, the fixing groove does not need to be machined in a ceramic structure, and the fixing groove does not need to be formed in an evanescent mode; by sintering the ceramic body, the ceramic body is cured to form the required ceramic structure, and by embedding the ceramic reinforcing block into the fixing groove, the ceramic reinforcing block can enhance the local abrasive resistance of the ceramic structure, slow down the local abrasion of the ceramic structure and avoid premature failure of the ceramic structure due to abrasion.
