And forming a structure in which the macroscopic net-shaped silicon carbide skeleton is connected with the fine silicon carbide branches to obtain the silicified graphite. The macroscopic through holes provide channels for liquid silicon to permeate into graphite tiny air holes, the permeation depth of the liquid silicon in a graphite matrix is increased, the mechanical property of the silicified graphite is regulated and controlled through the three-dimensional net-shaped silicon carbide framework, and the service performance of the silicified graphite is improved.
