The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-sintering in-situ silicified graphite material, which comprises the following steps: by taking coal pitch and polycarbosilane as a carbon precursor and a silicon carbide precursor respectively, firstly, synthesizing polycarbosilane modified coal pitch through chemical crosslinking; the polycarbosilane modified coal pitch is converted into polycarbosilane modified coal-based mesophase pitch in advance through a thermal polycondensation technology, a green body is obtained through cold isostatic pressing, the green body is subjected to self-sintering carbonization, a carbonized sample is put into a high-temperature graphitization furnace to be graphitized, and the silicified graphite material with the controllable silicon carbide content and high density is obtained. The preparation method is simple, the production period is relatively short, high-energy-consumption processes such as multiple times of dipping-roasting are not needed, and the silicon carbide reinforced phase in the prepared silicified graphite material matrix is uniformly distributed and tightly combined with the graphite matrix; the silicified graphite material has wide application prospects in the fields of chemical engineering, metallurgy, aerospace, nuclear energy and the like.
本发明公开了一种自烧结原位硅化石墨材料的制备方法,以煤沥青和聚碳硅烷分别作为炭质前驱体和碳化硅前驱体,首先通过化学交联合成聚碳硅烷改性煤沥青,再利用热缩聚工艺将聚碳硅烷改性煤沥青预先转变为聚碳硅烷改性煤基中间相沥青,通过冷等静压得到生坯,将生坯进行自烧结炭化,炭化后的样品放入高温石墨化炉中进行石墨化,得到碳化硅含量可控、致密度高的硅化石墨材料。本发明制备方法简单,生产周期相对较短,且不需要经历多次浸渍‑焙烧等高能耗工艺,本发明制得的硅化石墨材料基体中碳化硅增强相均匀分布且与石墨基体相紧密结合,该硅化石墨材料在化工、冶金及航空航天、核能等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
