Silicified graphite and preparation method thereof
The invention provides silicified graphite and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of graphite materials. The preparation method of the silicified graphite provided by the invention comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out ball milling and sieving on a graphite powder raw material to obtain graphite powder; s2, preparing graphite powder into a primary blank by adopting 3D printing, and drying to obtain a graphite blank body; s3, treating the graphite green body by using the coke powder slurry, so that the coke powder slurry permeates into pores of the graphite green body to form a composite green body; and S4, coating the composite blank with silicon particles, and sintering to obtain the silicified graphite with high carbon content. According to the method, the low-activity coke powder slurry is used for treating the graphite blank, due to the low activity of the coke powder slurry, the reaction driving force is reduced, meanwhile, silicon carbide is generated to block pores, and internal graphite does not react with liquid-phase silicon; the problems that the graphite content in the silicified graphite material is low and the self-lubricating performance is reduced due to the fact that the graphite and the liquid silicon are violently reacted at a high temperature in a liquid-phase siliconizing method are solved.
本发明提供了一种硅化石墨及其制备方法,涉及石墨材料技术领域。本发明提供的硅化石墨制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、石墨粉原料经球磨、过筛,得到石墨粉;S2、采用3D打印将石墨粉制备成初坯,干燥得到石墨坯体;S3、用焦粉浆料对石墨坯体进行处理,使焦粉浆料渗入到石墨坯体的孔隙中,形成复合坯体;S4、用硅颗粒包覆复合坯体并进行烧结,得到高碳含量的硅化石墨。本发明使用低活性的焦粉浆料对石墨坯体进行处理,由于焦粉浆料的低活性,降低了反应的驱动力,同时生成碳化硅堵住孔隙,使内部石墨不与液相硅反应;解决了液相渗硅法在高温下石墨和液硅反应剧烈,导致硅化石墨材料中石墨含量较少,降低了其自润滑性能的问题。
