The invention discloses a high-stability fabricated building wall mounting device which comprises a reinforcing mechanism, the reinforcing mechanism is arranged between two groups of fabricated walls distributed up and down, and the reinforcing mechanism comprises a first reinforcing part, a second reinforcing part, a base plate and a sliding rod; the opposite sides of the first reinforcing piece and the second reinforcing piece are fixedly connected with base plates correspondingly, and the opposite sides of the first reinforcing piece and the second reinforcing piece are rotationally connected with two sets of auxiliary reinforcing mechanisms which are used for supporting and limiting the upper side of the wall body and facilitating placing of the upper side assembly type wall body. The reinforcing mechanism can be placed between an upper fabricated wall body and a lower fabricated wall body to achieve first-step clamping and fixing of the wall body, and after the upper fabricated wall body is placed, the auxiliary reinforcing mechanism can be driven to rotate along a first reinforcing piece and a second reinforcing piece; and therefore, the upper position of the upper-layer fabricated wall body can be positioned, and second-step reinforcement of the fabricated wall body can be completed.
