The invention belongs to the technical field of composite materials, and particularly relates to a layered composite material and a preparation method, device and application thereof. A conventional melt-blown material can only be improved aiming at a certain performance, the layered composite material provided by the invention adopts different polymer raw materials to obtain fiber webs with different performance characteristics, and then through flexible combination of the fiber webs and combination of the characteristics of each layer of fiber webs, each layer of fiber webs exerts advantages to make up for the performance deficiency of other fiber webs, so that the melt-blown composite material is obtained. Therefore, the layered composite material has various performance advantages, the overall performance is greatly improved, and the properties such as thickness bulkiness, strength and elasticity all reach the level which a conventional melt-blown material does not have. The layered composite material provided by the invention has more pertinence when being applied to different use environments, can meet the requirements of users in different aspects, and is wide in application range.
