Self-adaptive temporary reinforcing tool and process for bridge superstructure
The invention relates to a self-adaptive temporary reinforcing tool and process for a bridge superstructure. An adjusting part is composed of a pressure sensor, an information collecting end and a jack. The supporting structure is composed of profile steel and a steel pipe, a pressure sensor in the adjusting part is placed on a jack, and the jacking height of the jack is controlled through output data of the pressure sensor, so that the tool is tightly attached to the beam bottom and self-adaption is achieved; a jack of the adjusting part is fixed on a profile steel distribution beam of the supporting part, so that the overall stability of the tool is guaranteed. The specific process is that the pressure sensor outputs pressure electronic data to the information collection end, and the information collection end transmits a signal to the jack. The overall rigidity is improved by expanding a foundation in the supporting part, and meanwhile disturbance of a tool to the ground is reduced; the bottom end of the steel pipe is pre-embedded into the expanded foundation, and the steel pipe plays a main supporting role; the section steel at the upper end serves as a distribution beam to bear uniform load parallel to the direction of the support structure; the profile steel at the lower end is used as a cross brace and an inclined brace.
