To work even in a harsh working environment by enabling the assembly work in a short time due to the structure, and to reliably transmit the seismic load acting on the temporary superstructure to the existing building.SOLUTION: A temporary superstructure 1 supported on top of an existing building 2 comprises a support pillars 3 arranged around an outer wall 21 of the existing building 2, a tag beam 4 extending over the entire circumference of the existing building 2 so as to fit an upper outer wall 21a of the outer wall 21 in a state of being separated from the outside, and a mounting portion 30 that is arranged above the tag beam 4 and projects laterally from the support pillar 3 and can be mounted on the existing building 2 from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
