The invention discloses a building construction method in a super high-rise deep foundation pit along the edge, which comprises the following steps: constructing an underground diaphragm wall on the periphery of a basement, and pre-burying a plurality of engineering piles at the bottom of the foundation pit in a basement area defined by the underground diaphragm wall; the center part of the basement area serves as a sequential construction area, the basement area between the sequential construction area and the underground diaphragm wall serves as a reverse construction area, steel stand columns are inserted into a plurality of engineering piles in the reverse construction area in advance, and then earth excavation is conducted on the sequential construction area and the reverse construction area till the sequential construction area and the reverse construction area are flush with the top ends of the steel stand columns; a plurality of steel stand columns serve as vertical bearing components, and a horizontal supporting structure is constructed at the top ends of the steel stand columns in the reverse construction area and serves as a negative first-layer structural beam bottom; excavating a sequential construction area to the bottom of the foundation pit, and meanwhile, sloping in a peripheral reverse construction area and reserving back pressure soil; the underground floor structure is sequentially constructed upwards layer by layer in the sequential construction area until the underground floor structure is combined with the beam bottom of the negative first floor structure of the reverse construction area; back pressure soil is excavated in the top-down area, and an underground floor structure is downwards top-down in the top-down area layer by layer; according to the construction method, the construction speed can be increased, the construction cost is reduced, and meanwhile construction safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种超高层深基坑中顺边逆的建筑施工方法,其包括:施作地下室周圈的地下连续墙,并在地下连续墙所围成的地下室区域的基坑底部预先埋设若干工程桩;将地下室区域的中心部分作为顺作区,顺作区与地下连续墙之间的地下室区域作为逆作区,并在逆作区内的若干工程桩上预先插入钢立柱,之后土方开挖顺作区和逆作区直至与若干钢立柱的顶端齐平;以若干钢立柱作为竖向支承构件,在逆作区内的钢立柱顶端施作水平支撑结构,并作为负一层结构梁底;开挖顺作区直至基坑底部,同时在周边逆作区放坡并预留反压土;在顺作区内逐层向上顺作地下楼层结构,直至与逆作区的负一层结构梁底相结合;在逆作区开挖反压土,并在逆作区内逐层向下逆作地下楼层结构;本方案的施工方法可以提高建设速度、降低施工成本,同时保证施工安全。
