The invention discloses a motor current ripple acquisition circuit and a vehicle. The motor current ripple acquisition circuit comprises a controller, a relay, a vehicle window motor, a sampling resistor and a ripple processing unit. The controller is used for controlling the relay to achieve forward rotation or reverse rotation of the car window motor. When the car window motor rotates, the ripple wave processing unit collects voltage signals at the two ends of the sampling resistor and carries out bias amplification, filtering and comparison processing on the voltage signals to obtain ripple wave signals, and then the controller detects the change of the cycle of the ripple wave signals, so that the car window anti-pinch function can be achieved. According to the invention, vehicle window position detection can be realized without an external sensor, and a vehicle window anti-pinch function can be realized, so that the hardware cost is effectively reduced.
