The method comprises the steps that real-time temperature information of a plurality of temperature measuring points in a plurality of pouring layers of concrete and external air temperature information are obtained; according to the multiple sets of real-time temperature information and the external air temperature information, temperature difference information between two adjacent pouring layers of multiple pieces of concrete is obtained; according to the multiple pieces of temperature difference information and the multiple sets of real-time temperature information, cooling water supply parameters corresponding to multiple pouring layers of multiple pieces of concrete are obtained; and according to the multiple cooling water supply parameters, water cooling is conducted on multiple pouring layers of concrete. According to the scheme, the multiple pouring layers of the concrete can be subjected to water cooling according to the real-time temperature information in the multiple pouring layers of the concrete, it can be guaranteed that the temperature of the multiple pouring layers of the concrete is within the safe temperature range, and temperature cracks are avoided.
