Overwater butt joint method for floating bridge single bodies
The invention discloses an overwater docking method for floating bridge single bodies. The overwater docking method comprises the following steps that jacking supports are erected on the water; the two sections of floating bridge single bodies are hauled into the working range of the jacking support; preliminarily adjusting butt joints of the main beam sections of the two floating bridge single bodies on the jacking bracket; the two sections of floating bridge single bodies are dragged to the middle of the jacking support through a walking type jack on the jacking support; the weight of the butt joint of the two main beam sections is borne by a supporting cushion block on the jacking support; the butt joints of the two main beam sections are further pulled and closed through a longitudinal pulling and closing oil cylinder; the transverse position of the butt joint of the two main beam sections is adjusted through a transverse fine adjustment oil cylinder; the welding work between the end faces of the butt joints of the two main beam sections is completed, and a section of floating bridge unit is formed; the jacking support is separated from the floating bridge unit through the walking type jack; and the floating bridge unit is dragged away from the working range of the jacking support. It is effectively guaranteed that stress and deformation of the floating bridge single bodies meet the design requirements during butt joint.
