Overwater hoisting and assembling method for whole floating bridge
The invention discloses an overwater hoisting and assembling method for a whole floating bridge. The overwater hoisting and assembling method comprises the steps that a base platform is erected; the buoy is dragged to the base platform, water is injected into the buoy, the buoy is located on the base platform, and then the plane position of the buoy is finely adjusted through a longitudinal jack and a transverse jack on the base platform; the pier column is heightened in a segmented mode on the buoy; a temporary cantilever arm is installed on the main beam section to be assembled; hoisting the whole to-be-assembled main beam section, butting a top pier column on the bottom surface of the rear part of the to-be-assembled main beam section with an upper pier column positioned on a base platform, and placing a cantilever end of a bearing beam on a supporting cushion block on the assembled main beam; plane positioning and height difference adjustment are carried out on the main beam sections to be assembled through the walking type jack; connecting bolts of matching pieces of the to-be-assembled main beam section and the assembled main beam are installed; welding work is conducted; and water in the buoys is pumped out, the buoys float upwards, and the spliced main beam sections are dragged away from the base platform through the dragging wheels. According to the invention, the defect of poor water docking stability can be overcome.
本发明公开了一种浮桥整体的水上吊装拼装方法,包括:搭设座底平台;将浮筒拖行至座底平台上并向浮筒内注水,使浮筒坐落在座底平台上,再利用座底平台上的纵、横向千斤顶对浮筒的平面位置进行精调;在浮筒上完成墩柱分段接高;在待拼装主梁节段上安装临时挑臂;将待拼装主梁节段整体起吊,并将待拼装主梁节段的后部底面上的顶墩柱与位于座底平台上的上墩柱对接,同时将承重梁的悬臂端搁置在已拼装主梁上的支撑垫块上;由步履式千斤定对待拼装主梁节段进行平面定位和高差调节;安装待拼装主梁节段与已拼装主梁的匹配件的连接螺栓;进行焊接工作;将浮筒内的水抽出,使浮筒上浮,利用拖轮将拼接好的主梁段拖离座底平台。本发明能克服水上对接稳定性差的缺点。
