The device comprises a first threaded sleeve, a second threaded sleeve and a connecting sleeve in threaded connection with the first threaded sleeve and the second threaded sleeve, and internal threads matched with the steel bars are formed in the inner side faces of the first threaded sleeve and the second threaded sleeve; outer threads matched with the connecting sleeve are formed in the outer side face of the first threaded sleeve and the outer side face of the second threaded sleeve, inner threads are formed in the inner side face of the connecting sleeve, and a locking cap is arranged on the right side of the connecting sleeve. The connecting sleeve is used as a structure for connecting the first threaded sleeve and the second threaded sleeve, so that when connection needs to be carried out, the threaded sleeves can be fixed to the reinforcing steel bars to achieve auxiliary connection of the reinforcing steel bars, and a traditional binding lap joint connecting mode is changed; by means of the connecting mode, it can be guaranteed that the linkage rod reinforcing steel bars and the connected parts are located on the same connecting line, and the integrity of all the parts of the reinforcing steel bars after connection can be guaranteed.
