A construction method of an ultra-long new Chinese cornice roof cantilever structure supporting system comprises the following steps that firstly, a U-shaped water stop clamping ring is pre-buried on a roof beam plate structure, and a wooden box is pre-buried on a reverse ridge; secondly, after roof structure concrete pouring is completed, horizontal cantilever I-shaped steel is positioned and installed, and the horizontal cantilever I-shaped steel is fixedly connected with the U-shaped water stop clamping ring; thirdly, horizontal cantilever I-shaped steel and double-inclined-strut I-shaped steel are installed; fourthly, horizontal coupling beam I-shaped steel needed by the protective frame body vertical rods and the supporting frame body vertical rods is laid, a first batten is installed, and a double-layer formwork is laid; fifthly, a supporting frame body of the upper ultra-long cornice structure is installed; sixthly, a protection frame body is installed; and 7, dismantling. The construction method reduces potential safety hazards of super-long cornice construction, guarantees safety and reliability of upper structure outer decoration face construction, improves construction efficiency, effectively shortens the working procedure construction period, and is suitable for general popularization of new Chinese style building construction.
一种特超长新中式飞檐屋面悬挑结构支撑体系施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在屋面梁板结构上预埋U型止水卡环,在反坎上预埋木盒;步骤二、屋面结构混凝土浇筑完毕后,定位安装水平悬挑工字钢,水平悬挑工字钢与U型止水卡环固定连接;步骤三、安装水平悬挑工字钢与双斜撑工字钢;步骤四、铺设防护架体立杆与支撑架体立杆所需的水平连梁工字钢,安装第一木方并铺设双层模板;步骤五、安装上部特超长飞檐结构的支撑架体;步骤六、防护架体安装;步骤七、拆除。该施工方法降低了超长挑檐施工的安全隐患,保证上部结构外装饰面施工安全可靠性,提高施工效率,有效缩短工序工期,适合新中式建筑施工普遍推广。
