3D printing recycled mortar based on super absorbent resin and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to 3D printing recycled mortar based on super absorbent resin and a preparation method of the 3D printing recycled mortar. The recycled mortar is prepared from cement, fine aggregate, the super absorbent resin, a water-retaining agent, a retarder, a thickening agent, a water reducing agent and water. According to the invention, the super absorbent resin is used as a curing agent in the mortar to carry out water release compensation on the high water absorption rate of the reclaimed sand by utilizing the time-varying characteristic of water absorption and water release of the super absorbent resin, so that the super absorbent resin has better extrudability and constructability. The regenerated mortar prepared by the invention has better volume stability, effectively reduces product cracking caused by shrinkage, has a strength grade equivalent to that of natural sand, realizes effective utilization of regenerated sand in 3D printing concrete, and has double advantages of low carbon and solid waste utilization. Meanwhile, the super absorbent resin and the regenerated sand have a synergistic effect, so that the mechanical property of the prepared regenerated mortar is improved, the shrinkage of the mortar is inhibited, and a good application prospect is embodied.
本发明涉及一种基于高吸水树脂的3D打印再生砂浆及其制备方法,该再生砂浆组成包括:水泥、细骨料、高吸水树脂、保水剂、缓凝剂、增稠剂、减水剂以及水。本发明利用高吸水树脂的吸水释水时变特性,将其作为砂浆内养护剂对再生砂高吸水率进行释水补偿,使其具有更好的可挤出性和可建造性。本发明制备的再生砂浆具有更好的体积稳定性,有效减少了因收缩引起的产品开裂,并具备与天然砂相当的强度等级,实现再生砂在3D打印混凝土中的有效利用,兼具低碳与固废利用的双重优势。同时,高吸水树脂与再生砂协同作用,提升了制备的再生砂浆的力学性能并抑制了浆体的收缩,体现了良好的应用前景。
