The preparation method of the high-solid-content silicon nitride ceramic slurry provided by the invention comprises the following steps: S1, powder modification: carrying out ball milling on 85-95 parts by mass of silicon nitride powder, 5-10 parts by mass of a sintering aid and 0.5-4 parts by mass of a modifier, taking out after ball milling, drying and sieving to obtain modified powder; s2, preparing slurry: uniformly mixing the modified powder with resin, a dispersing and leveling agent and an initiator to prepare silicon nitride ceramic slurry with the solid content of 20-60vo1%; wherein the dosage of the dispersing and leveling agent is 0.5-3wt% of the mass of the modified powder; the use amount of the initiator is 1-4wt% of the mass of the resin. Under the synergistic effect of the long molecular chain modifier and the matched small molecular chain dispersion leveling agent, the self-leveling silicon nitride ceramic slurry with the solid content of more than 50vo1% and lower viscosity can be prepared.
本发明公开了一种高固含量氮化硅陶瓷浆料、氮化硅陶瓷及制备方法,涉及氮化硅陶瓷技术领域。本发明提供的高固含量氮化硅陶瓷浆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、粉体改性:按质量份计,将85‑95份氮化硅粉体、5‑10份烧结助剂及0.5‑4份改性剂进行球磨,球磨后取出烘干并过筛,得到改性粉体;S2、制备浆料:将所述改性粉体与树脂、分散流平剂及引发剂混合均匀,制得固含量为20‑60vo1%的氮化硅陶瓷浆料;其中,所述分散流平剂的用量为改性粉体质量的0.5‑3wt%;所述引发剂用量为树脂质量的1‑4wt%。本发明的浆料在长分子链改性剂及相匹配的小分子链分散流平剂协同作用下,能够制备出固含量为50vo1%以上、粘度较低且能自流平的氮化硅陶瓷浆料。
