The source monomer of the hydrophobic functional chain segment is a compound of organic acid or organic silicon of long-chain alkane or heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon. The source monomer of the anti-rust functional chain segment is one of micromolecular amino alcohol, a polyhydroxy compound and a polyamino compound. According to the hydrophobic functional steel bar corrosion inhibitor provided by the invention, through the design and preparation of the molecular structure of the novel corrosion inhibitor, the unification of a concrete hydrophobic anti-medium permeation group and a steel bar corrosion inhibition group is realized, and the overall corrosion resistance and long-term acting effect of the corrosion inhibitor on a reinforced concrete structure are enhanced.
