According to the metal organic framework loaded type corrosion inhibitor, a core-shell structure of a steel bar corrosion inhibitor loaded in a metal organic framework is constructed, the porous or adsorption performance of the metal organic framework is utilized, and efficient corrosion inhibitor components are loaded, so that the hydration process of the internal steel bar corrosion inhibitor and cement is reduced in the cementing material mixing process of the loaded type corrosion inhibitor, and the cementing material mixing efficiency is improved. Therefore, the influence of the steel bar corrosion inhibitor on the cement hydration process is reduced, and then the working and mechanical properties of a hydraulic cementing material are influenced; the loaded steel bar corrosion inhibitor component can be gradually and slowly released through the through holes in the surface of the metal organic framework after the hydraulic material is hardened, so that the long-acting and efficient corrosion inhibition effect is achieved, and the ion transmission resistance of concrete is improved. The load type corrosion inhibitor can be applied to concrete in a direct doping mode, and the long-acting and efficient corrosion inhibition effect is achieved.
本发明属于建筑功能材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属有机框架负载型阻锈剂及其制备方法。该金属有机框架负载型阻锈剂通过构建金属有机框架内负载钢筋阻锈剂的核壳结构,利用金属有机框架的多孔或吸附性能,负载高效的阻锈剂组分,使得该负载型阻锈剂在胶凝材料拌合过程中,减少内部的钢筋阻锈剂与水泥水化过程,从而降低钢筋阻锈剂对水泥水化过程的影响,继而影响水硬性胶凝材料的工作及力学性能;该负载的钢筋阻锈剂组分能够在水硬性材料硬化后,经由金属有机框架表面上的通孔而逐渐缓慢释放,从而起到长效及高效阻锈的效果,且提升了混凝土抗离子传输性能。本发明的负载型阻锈剂可通过直接掺入的方式应用于混凝土中,起到长效、高效的阻锈效果。
