Fabricated profile steel-concrete formwork composite structure and construction method thereof
The fabricated section steel-concrete formwork composite structure and the construction method thereof aim at solving the problem that an existing clustered stud connected steel-concrete composite structure is poor in overall performance. The combined structure comprises a steel beam, stud groups, a concrete formwork, a reinforcement cage and a concrete filling layer, the multiple stud groups are vertically arranged at the top of the steel beam at intervals, the concrete formwork is attached to the top of the steel beam, the multiple stud groups penetrate through multiple shear connecting notches in the bottom of the concrete formwork and extend into an inner cavity of the concrete formwork, and the reinforcement cage is arranged in the inner cavity of the concrete formwork. Concrete is cast in situ in an inner cavity of the concrete formwork to form a concrete filling layer. The method comprises the steps that a prefabricated concrete formwork is arranged at the top of a steel beam in an attached mode, a plurality of stud groups of the steel beam penetrate through a plurality of shearing force connecting notches in the bottom of the concrete formwork, a reinforcement cage is installed on the concrete formwork, concrete is cast in place, and a concrete filling layer, the concrete formwork, the reinforcement cage, the stud groups and the steel beam are fixedly connected into an integrally-stressed combined structure.
本发明的装配式型钢‑混凝土模壳组合结构及其施工方法,针对现有集簇式栓钉连接的钢‑混组合结构整体性能差问题。组合结构包括钢梁、栓钉群、混凝土模壳、钢筋笼及混凝土填充层,钢梁顶部竖向间隔设有多个栓钉群,混凝土模壳贴合设置于钢梁顶部,多个栓钉群贯穿混凝土模壳底部的多个剪力连接槽口并伸入其内腔,钢筋笼设置于混凝土模壳内腔,混凝土现浇于混凝土模壳内腔形成混凝土填充层。步骤:将预制的混凝土模壳贴合设置于钢梁顶部,使得钢梁的多个栓钉群贯穿混凝土模壳底部的多个剪力连接槽口,在混凝土模壳安装钢筋笼并现浇混凝土,使得混凝土填充层、混凝土模壳、钢筋笼、栓钉群和钢梁固接为整体受力的组合结构。
