The diversion well based on the novel grating unit comprises a barrel part and a barrel cover part, and the barrel part is connected with a smashing unit, a sewage outlet pipe and a rainwater outlet pipe; the crushing unit is connected with a water inlet pipe; a grating unit is installed in the cylinder part and comprises a first grating and a second grating capable of rising relative to the first grating. According to the flow dividing well, sundries which cannot pass through the grating unit can be retained in the second grating, the second grating is lifted through the lifting base, due to limitation of the guiding unit, the sundries fall into the lifting stock bin, the knocking unit is used for repeatedly knocking so that the sundries which are attached to or clamped at the second grating can be cleaned and fall into the lifting stock bin, and then the sundries are separated from the lifting stock bin. And after the lifting stock bin is full of the sundries, the lifting stock bin is lifted, and the sundries in the lifting stock bin are cleaned. Therefore, the cleaning time can be prolonged, and the cleaning workload is reduced.
