The invention belongs to the technical field of building material preparation and construction, and particularly relates to a roof impervious thermal insulation material and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a roof impervious thermal insulation material. The roof impervious thermal insulation material comprises an impervious film layer, a gypsum-based thermal insulation layer, a multifunctional interface layer and an ultra-high performance concrete layer which are sequentially stacked from inside to outside. The gypsum-based thermal insulation layer has water resistance, also has a micro-expansion effect, reduces shrinkage and does not generate cracks, and the multifunctional interface layer can seal gaps in the surface of the gypsum-based thermal insulation layer and enhance the adhesive force between the ultra-high performance concrete layer and the gypsum-based thermal insulation layer. The ultra-high performance concrete layer has the advantages of being high in strength, good in toughness, compact in structure, good in impermeability and high in durability, the strength and stability of the impermeable thermal insulation material for the roof can be improved, and the situation of water seepage caused by cracking and hollowing is avoided; therefore, the whole substrate has high strength and durability while having excellent anti-permeability, heat preservation and heat insulation functions.
