The invention discloses a multi-level self-adaptive viscous damper high-precision installation method, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: marking the installation position of a damper by using a measuring tape according to the model of the damper in a deepening graph; placing the lower connecting lug plate of the damper in place according to the lineation, and fixing by spot welding; the damper is fixedly connected with the upper connecting lug plate through a pin shaft; the damper provided with the upper connecting lug plate is hoisted to the installation height through a supporting and hanging frame, fine adjustment and stabilization are conducted through a scissor jack, and the damper and the lower connecting lug plate are connected and fixed through a pin shaft; the viscous damper is adjusted to be horizontal through a scissor jack, a gradienter is used for measurement, and after it is determined that the damper is horizontal and does not deviate or twist, the upper connecting lug plate and the corresponding embedded part are fixed in a spot welding mode. By means of secondary high-precision positioning of the connecting structure, precise positioning construction of the lug plate, final anti-corrosion and fireproof treatment of the steel member and the like, precise and rapid installation and construction of the viscous damper are achieved, and the quality effect is good.
