The invention belongs to the technical field of engineering building materials, and particularly relates to rapid pavement repairing mortar compounded with magnesium cement and alkali-activated slag and a preparation method of the rapid pavement repairing mortar. The rapid pavement repairing mortar comprises dead burned magnesium oxide, dipotassium phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, household garbage incineration slag, nano colloidal silicon dioxide, fine aggregate, water, nano cellulose and a water reducing agent. A hydration intermediate product of a magnesium phosphate cementing material reacts with nano colloidal silicon dioxide to generate potassium silicate and sodium silicate, the household garbage incineration slag is excited, and high-water-resistance C-A-S-H gel is generated. The household garbage incineration slag is effectively utilized, the green and environment-friendly development concept is practiced, and the water resistance of the magnesium phosphate cementing material is improved. Similarly, due to the addition of the nanocellulose, the volume stability of the mortar is improved, and the impermeability of the mortar is also remarkably improved. Therefore, the method has positive significance in preparation and application of the magnesium phosphate cementing material in the field of rapid pavement repair.
