Polymer repairing mortar for rapidly repairing pavement and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement repair, and discloses polymer repair mortar for quickly repairing a pavement, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of cement; 300 to 500 parts of sand; 1-10 parts of a water reducing agent; 25 to 100 parts of resin; 5-20 parts of a curing agent; 1 to 20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; 50 to 150 parts of sodium carbonate; 20 to 100 parts of butyl acrylate; 1 to 10 parts of a diluent; the resin adopts polymer resin, and the polymer resin is formed by copolymerizing an N-substituted maleimide monomer, an acrylic ester monomer which does not contain a five-membered ring lactone structure and an acrylic ester monomer which contains a five-membered ring lactone structure. The resin, the curing agent, the diluent and the accelerant are added for compression resistance, so that the prepared polymer repair mortar has relatively high tensile strength, breaking strength and compressive strength, and the bonding strength and the shrinkage performance both meet the performance requirements of concrete pavements.
本发明涉及路面修复技术领域,且公开了一种快速修复路面的聚合物修补砂浆,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:水泥:100~200份;砂:300~500份;减水剂:1~10份;树脂:25~100份;固化剂:5~20份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:1~20份;碳酸钠:50~150份;丙烯酸丁酯:20~100份;稀释剂:1~10份;促进剂:1~10份,树脂采用聚合物树脂,且该聚合物树脂由N‑取代的马来酰亚胺类单体、不含五元环内酯结构的丙烯酸酯类单体和含五元环内酯结构的丙烯酸酯类单体共聚而成。本发明通过加入的树脂、固化剂、稀释剂、促进剂抗压使制备得到的聚合物修补砂浆具有较强的抗拉强度、抗折强度、抗压强度,且粘结强度与收缩性能均满足混凝土路面的性能要求。
