The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of water-permeable materials, in particular to a sintering process of a steel slag water-permeable material, which comprises the following steps: crushing, grading and screening steel slag, weighing 300g of steel slag fine powder, 190g of kaolin, 10g of magnesium oxide, 10g of aluminum oxide and 6ml of hydrogen peroxide, pouring into a ball milling tank, carrying out ball milling for 30 minutes, uniformly mixing, pouring into a prefabricated mold, standing for 3-5 minutes, and carrying out foaming molding; the mold is put into an electric heating constant-temperature blast drying box to be dried for 10-12 h, the mold is taken out, fettled and put into a resistance furnace, the sintering temperature is 1200 DEG C, the heat preservation time is 75 min, the heating rate is 3 DEG C/min, and the water permeable brick is prepared. The water permeable brick prepared by the invention has better performance. The permeable coefficient is 2.69 * 10 <-2 > cm/s, the compressive strength is 4.03 MPa, the water absorption rate is 17.29%, and the porosity is 27.39%.
本发明涉及透水材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种钢渣透水材料的烧结工艺,包括如下步骤:将钢渣破碎分级,筛分后,称取钢渣细粉300g,高岭土190g,氧化镁和氧化铝共10g,双氧水6ml,倒入球磨罐中,球磨30min混合均匀后,倒入预制的模具中,静置3~5分钟,发泡成型;将模具放入电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥10h~12h,取出,修坯,置于电阻炉内,烧结温度为1200℃,保温时间为75min,升温速率为3℃/min制得的透水砖。本发明所得的透水砖性能较佳。其透水系数为2.69×10‑2cm/s,抗压强度为4.03MPa,吸水率17.29%,气孔率为27.39%。
