Formula and preparation method of ceramic-based composite material
The invention provides a ceramic-based composite material formula and a preparation method, and relates to the technical field of composite materials. The ceramic-based composite material formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of hybrid resin, 30-40 parts of silicon carbide particles, 5-10 parts of silicon carbide whiskers, 5-10 parts of glass powder, 10-15 parts of alumina powder and 20-30 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol. The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic-based composite material, which comprises the following steps: adopting a sand mill, putting zirconium beads of 1 mm, putting all the raw materials in the formula of the ceramic-based composite material into the sand mill, grinding for 1 hour, discharging, and filtering by using a 2000-mesh screen. Compared with a resin-based composite material, the temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the ceramic-based composite material prepared according to the formula are greatly improved; the formula is simple, and the cost is low; compared with a common ceramic-based composite material, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process and low in cost.
本发明提出了一种陶瓷基复合材料配方及制备方法,涉及复合材料技术领域。一种陶瓷基复合材料配方,包括以下质量份的原料:杂化树脂30‑40份、碳化硅颗粒30‑40份、碳化硅晶须5‑10份、玻璃粉5‑10份、氧化铝粉10‑15份以及无水乙醇20‑30份。一种陶瓷基复合材料的制备方法,采用砂磨机,放入1毫米锆珠,将所述的陶瓷基复合材料配方中的全部原料放入到砂磨机中,进行研磨1小时,然后出料,用2000目筛网进行过滤。本发明的配方制作的陶瓷基复合材料,相比于树脂基复合材料,耐温、耐磨和耐腐特性大大提高;本发明的配方简单,成本低;本发明的制备方法,相对于常见的陶瓷基复合材料,制备过程简单、成本低。
