This excrement image detection device (1) is provided with: a camera (12a) that captures an image of the inside of a toilet; a storage unit (13a) that stores an excrement image captured by the camera (12a); a short-range communication unit (16A) that is connected to the portable terminal (70) by means of a short-range wireless signal; and an image control unit (11) capable of outputting the excrement image stored in the storage unit (13a) to the portable terminal (72) via the short-range communication unit (16A).
本发明的排泄物图像检测装置(1)具备：相机(12a)，拍摄便器内部；保存部(13a)，保存由相机(12a)拍摄的排泄物图像；近距离通信部(16A)，通过近距离无线信号与便携终端(70)连接；以及图像控制部(11)，能够将保存在保存部(13a)中的排泄物图像经由近距离通信部(16A)输出给便携终端(72)。
