Efficient water reducing agent and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a preparation process of a high-efficiency water reducing agent. Comprising 0.4 to 0.5 part of sodium nitrite, 45 to 55 parts of lignosulfonate, 12 to 18 parts of water, 2 to 5 parts of potassium methyl silicate, 4 to 5 parts of sodium methenyl naphthalene sulfonate, 6 to 7 parts of cooked glutinous rice flour, 3 to 7 parts of water glass, 5 to 6 parts of fly ash, 3 to 5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.5 to 0.6 part of silicon resin polyether emulsion, 9 to 11 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.03 to 0.04 part of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.03 to 0.04 part of triethanolamine and 9 to 11 parts of sodium sulfate. 3-4 parts of molasses, and 320-340 parts of modified naphthalene sulfonate. The overall formula is simple, the cost is low, the fluidity and impermeability of the concrete are improved through sodium nitrite, and the durability of the concrete is improved.
