Regenerated fan blade fiber asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a regenerated fan blade fiber asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the regenerated fan blade fiber asphalt mixture comprises the following steps: cutting, crushing and milling waste fan blades to obtain regenerated fan blade fibers; determining a mix proportion according to the gradation of the target asphalt mixture, and determining the use amount of asphalt and regenerated fan blade fibers; the regenerated fan blade fibers are pretreated, and regenerated fan blade powder is screened out; the aggregate, the asphalt and the mineral powder are placed in a drying oven to be preheated for 2-4 h; and sequentially adding the aggregate, the asphalt, the regenerated fan blade fiber and the mineral powder into a stirring device, and stirring for 3-5 minutes to prepare the regenerated fan blade fiber asphalt mixture. According to the invention, the regenerated fan blade fiber is doped into the asphalt mixture by adopting a dry method, so that the low-temperature cracking resistance, fatigue resistance and high-temperature deformation resistance of the asphalt mixture are improved, the performance of an asphalt pavement is improved, and meanwhile, an effective method is provided for recycling fan blades.
