The composite Portland cement is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 70 parts of Portland cement, 3 to 8 parts of fly ash, 0.05 to 0.2 part of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 10 to 20 parts of latex powder, 1 to 3 parts of light calcined magnesia, 3 to 5 parts of bentonite, 0.5 to 1 part of calcium formate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of sodium polyacrylate resin and 10 to 25 parts of water. According to the composite Portland cement, the expansion effect of the composite Portland cement is improved through the light calcined magnesia and the calcium formate, and the later volume shrinkage phenomenon of the Portland cement is reduced. Meanwhile, the ammonium polyacrylate resin is used for absorbing and locking moisture, so that the phenomenon that the Portland cement shrinks and cracks due to moisture volatilization in the later period is reduced.
