Extra-high voltage cylindrical head suspension porcelain insulator high-alumina cement adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a formula of a high-alumina cement adhesive for an extra-high voltage cylindrical head suspension porcelain insulator. The formula adhesive is mainly formed by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of aluminate cement, 16-25 parts of cementing sand, 0.03-0.10 part of a water reducing agent, 3-7 parts of silica fume and 10-17 parts of water. The cement adhesive disclosed by the invention can meet the requirement of 83.5 MPa of a class-III adhesive in JB/T4307-2004 Cement Adhesive for Adhesive Bonding of Insulators in 1 day at normal temperature, and the compressive strength of the cement adhesive in 11 days is more than 100 MPa. Production and application can be realized in a normal-temperature environment, and equipment for heating and heat preservation does not need to be invested, so that the investment is greatly reduced, the energy consumption is saved, and the cost is reduced; and meanwhile, the normal-temperature maintenance does not corrode fittings of the insulator, the long-term strength of the adhesive does not shrink, and the long-term use performance of the insulator is not influenced.
本发明公开了一种特高压圆柱头悬式瓷绝缘子高铝水泥胶合剂配方。该配方胶合剂主要由以下重量份的组分混合构成:铝酸盐水泥50‑70份,胶装砂16‑25份,减水剂0.03‑0.10份,硅灰3‑7份,水10‑17份。本发明水泥胶合剂在常温下1天就能够达到JB/T4307‑2004《绝缘子胶装用水泥胶合剂》中Ⅲ类胶合剂83.5MPa的要求,11天的抗压强度更是超过了100MPa。常温环境下就能够生产应用,不需要投资加热和保温方面的设备,大大减少了投资,还节约了能耗,降低成本;同时常温养护不会腐蚀绝缘子的金具,胶合剂长期强度不倒缩,不影响绝缘子的长期使用性能等。
