The invention provides a cement adhesive for a high-strength suspension insulator and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method includes the steps that cement and river sand for cement are evenly mixed and stirred, water and a water reducing agent are added, then stirring continues to be conducted for 5-7 minutes, an adhesive specimen is placed in the environment of 40-60 DEG C to be subjected to steam pre-curing after being formed, the humidity is not lower than 90%, demolding is conducted after 4 hours, and the cement adhesive is obtained; and the demolding test body is subjected to covering water spraying wet maintenance for 24 h. The cement adhesive which is simple in component, stable in performance, high in strength and excellent in performance can be produced, the cement adhesive is suitable for electric porcelain products of various high-strength suspension porcelain insulators, the percent of pass of the insulators is obviously increased, and the production cost of the insulators is also reduced; the steam pre-curing and intermittent water spraying curing method is adopted, the demolding time of 4 hours is far shorter than the demolding time of 6 hours or more of a common process in the industry, the curing time is greatly shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and water resources are saved.
本发明提供了一种用于高强度悬式绝缘子的水泥胶合剂及其制备方法，先将水泥和水泥用河砂混拌均匀，加水和减水剂后再继续搅拌5‑7分钟，胶合剂试体成型后置于40‑60℃环境中进行蒸汽预养护，湿度不低于90%，4h后脱模，脱模试体采用覆盖喷水湿养护24h。本发明可生产出具有组分简单、性能稳定和高强度优良性能的水泥胶合剂，适合用于各种高强度悬式瓷绝缘子的电瓷产品中，绝缘子的合格率明显得到提高，也降低了绝缘子生产成本；采用蒸汽预养护及间歇喷水养护方法，4小时的脱模时间远少于行业普通工艺6小时以上的脱模时间，大大缩短养护时间，提高生产效率，并节约水资源。
